RLM — Rodrigo López Marruenda (RLM) is responsible for the handling of personal data you provide through the assessment form and other contact channels on this site. We comply with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Data we collect

  • Name and company name.
  • Email address.
  • WhatsApp/phone number (optional).
  • Assessment questionnaire answers (industry, company size, processes, etc.).

Purposes

We use your data to: prepare and deliver the assessment of opportunities for your company; contact you to schedule the assessment session; and, with your consent, send you commercial information related to our services.

Retention and transfers

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and the applicable legal periods. We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may use service providers (email, storage) under confidentiality agreements.

Your rights (ARCO)

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to rlopez@rlm.com.mx. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
